Aoi never thought of it as being killed. Doesn't there have to be a body for somebody to die?
When my battery runs out, I just disappear, and everybody forgets. It's like Aoi Mukou never existed.
But if Aoi remembered the last route going differently, it'd hurt knowing that promise got broken.
