Week 4 Meeting

[Whether from Quark or from Aoi, you are once again summoned to the bar for a meeting. Aoi will greet anybody who arrives and offer them either a Bloody Lukara (Tomato juice, salt, pepper, and a shot of the Not So Good Stuff) or Risan Punch (ginger ale and coconut water with a squeeze of lemon).]

Aoi made them with Quark! I put friendship in them.

[Aoi looks a little proud of herself for getting them assembled (with a lot of help, of course.) Don’t mind the various tomato juice stains on her sweater.]

C'mon, I'll show you where that statue was.

A statue of Athena would certainly make sense as either the key to an entrance or the entrance itself... assuming that she is the one who concealed the item in question in the first place, that is.

One way to find out. [a little dryly, and he'll lead Seymour down to the statue in the library, where Athena looks down at them.]

There it is. That's where the sound was coming from.

[Hmm. It certainly doesn't look unusual in any way, but as he knows well, appearances mean little.

So he'll just see if he can sense any sort of hints of magic coming from it or the surrounding area...]

[What magic Seymour can sense comes directly from the statue. Like the last inches of a candle wick, it's fleeting and fading fast.]

... there is something here. Little more than a wisp of whatever it once was, but enough for me to know that there was once more.
