You've all met Athena, and she's made her point quite clear. She's fully committed to making this world better, and you're the ones who agreed to lend a hand. Something she's obviously quite thankful for.

It's really not so bad around here. Despite the sky, and the state of the land, things are fairly calm. You've got plenty of time to get used to it, and each other. Maybe this'll be easier than it seems.

I forgot how jumpy you are. Though I'd say it's on the low list of things we should be worrying about. With this barrier in place, I'd say we're relatively protected, and we are Gods. The sooner we work out our powers, the sooner we can get to work on this place, and the safer we'll be, I figure.

Good question. I'm still trying to figure out what God of Community means. [he shrugs]

At this point, I'm starting to think there isn't too much meaning until I decide on it.

Maybe. I wish she'd just tell us up front, though.

[ At least then Ai would have some idea of whether or not she has any chance of getting it right. ]

That would be nice. Along with some instructions on how to get these god powers working.

I should've included a manual in my contract.

I probably should've asked for one full stop. My manager would go crazy if he I knew I agreed to something this big without anything in writing.

[ Not that she had the time to negotiate, of course. Ai smiles wanly. ]

Maybe I'll get a chance to ask for one once everything's settled down.

Well, good thing you've got a Ferengi here, then. [his smile widens a bit, showing off sharp teeth]

Sure is! [he seems quite proud of this, puffing up a bit] We learn contract negotiation from a young age. It's an essential skill for Ferengi.
