It's really not so bad around here. Despite the sky, and the state of the land, things are fairly calm. You've got plenty of time to get used to it, and each other. Maybe this'll be easier than it seems.

[ Well, yesterday's little kitchen excursion had been... a time to put it lightly. And in the end she hadn't even been able to do what she had gone in there for in the first place. So today is take 2! We are going to make some bread, damnit!!

The dough is easy enough. Leb could make bread dough in her sleep, it's just second nature. She instinctively almost starts some pretzel dough as well, but finds herself a little annoyed with the idea of actually making any and wisely stops herself.

...There's just one problem though. As the dough proofs she finds herself once again standing in front of the oven with confusion. She's usually a lot sharper when it comes to figuring things out, but this thing truly does leave her at a loss. ]

[ After getting the help she needs, she's got a whole bundle of fresh bread buns and lebkuchen with her in the eatery and halls. If she sees you she's going to wave before offering out her collection of baked goods. ]

Pardon me, but would you mind trying one of these and telling me what you think?

[ Later in the day she'll be at the gardens, looking over the soil and what's been planted. It's the grape vines that get her attention the most though, the sight of them bringing back a flood of memories despite being newly planted.

Without thinking she reaches out for one of the vines. As if responding in anticipation of her touch it suddenly starts to grow rapidly, going from barely sprouting to wrapping itself around the trellis and already starting to flower.

She steps back in alarm, feeling a little weaker suddenly as the blooms are already turning into fruit. ]

Oh my--! Aren't you an eager one?

[ Which is maybe an understatement of a response but she's been dealing with her flower footsteps for a few days now, this is a lot less weird than it could be.

...god though. Of course it'd be the damn grapes. ]

[Quark blinks, having come into the Eatery a few moments ago. He immediately looks interested, coming closer]

Oh, just some of the staples of our bakery in Kieferberg.

[ She points to the specific item as she speaks: ]

These are smaller versions of the bread loaves we usually sell, and then these are- [ hm. How best to describe them to an alien. ] a sort of small cake or cookie granny is fond of. They're sweetened with honey and have chopped nuts in them, though usually I would also make them with candied lemon and orange peel - preparing those would have taken a little more time so I skipped them for this batch.

[he's going to reach out and pick up one of those smaller loaves of bread, first, bringing it to his nose and giving it a sniff.]

Huh. Smells alright. [and then he'll tear off a small piece and pop it in his mouth, chewing. His eyebrows raise a little.]

That's pretty good!

[Misane was just taking a walk when suddenly she sees plants growing rapidly! Impressive!]

[ She looks down at her feet where her flowery foot steps are still. A thing. She gestures towards them. ]

You might have the most useful power I have seen so far. If we're meant to heal a world, making it have greenery would be nice.

[Having just entered the halls, Ranma was pleasantly surprised by both the delicious aroma and the baked goods in the nun's hands. His pigtail may or may not be swaying back and forth like its wagging]

[ All smiles as she hands him some bread to start with. ]

[Down the hatch it goes! He scarfs it all down in the blink of an eye, the crumbs around his mouth the only remnants of Leb's bread.]

Oh, wow, this is...! [Delicious!!!

With how fast he polished it, it's surprising he managed to taste it. Judging by the glint in his eyes and the huge smile, it's safe to say he's a fan.]

[ She smiles warmly, clearly pleased with the compliment. ]

I did, yes. I lived in a bakery my whole life so I thought I’d do some baking today to pass the time.

[ When Lebkuchen encounters Riful, it is absolutely in the halls! People will simply not catch her ass in any of the eating areas unless it's for a specific social purpose. Speaking of social purposes, making a brief introduction is exactly the reason she approaches, and she instantly regrets the choice! ]

[ She's looking at the baked goods, not with disgust, but with abject confusion. the curb your enthusiasm plays at very low volume from a distant room Without context, it looks kind of like no kind stranger's ever offered her food before, in her life, and she's got no idea how to handle it or what to do with her face. In a past life, this was probably true. ] Did you really make all of that yourself?

[ She notes the confusion, but Quark didn't even know what everything she had was, so she's trying to read too much into it. ]

Yes, I did. Baking puts my mind a little more at ease, I suppose.
