Week one
You've all met Athena, and she's made her point quite clear. She's fully committed to making this world better, and you're the ones who agreed to lend a hand. Something she's obviously quite thankful for.
It's really not so bad around here. Despite the sky, and the state of the land, things are fairly calm. You've got plenty of time to get used to it, and each other. Maybe this'll be easier than it seems.

A similar, yet different aspect of the world that can be tapped into for power... My, I could spend all day chatting with you about ki! But I'll try to limit my questions so I don't bore you too much.

Every martial artist has their own form of unlockin', but the general gist is pushing yourself beyond your own limits through rigorous physical trainin'. Mentally, that's typically done through understandin' your place and connection to the world and those in it. Meditation's the go-to method there.
