It's really not so bad around here. Despite the sky, and the state of the land, things are fairly calm. You've got plenty of time to get used to it, and each other. Maybe this'll be easier than it seems.

Ranma gives the tied sleeves a few test tugs, satisfied to see it's taut. Ferdie's words earn him a toothy grin. Getting a head start, the martial artist moves past their resident himbo at a steady gait. Though once Ferdie follows suit and closes in, Ranma coincidentally starts picking up his pace.]

Ditto! Normally, Pop'd be kicking me out of bed at this hour. But since that panda isn't here, you'll have to do for now.

[Bring it on, his playful cadence unsubtly says]

I usually do not HAVE to be up this early, but I find my day goes better when I have some personal time before my duties.

I've always been a bit of an early bird, but true that. Ain't nothing better than gettin' to chill before havin' to deal with annoying or dull crap, like school.

I am a few years out from schooling myself, but I certainly remember those days. Having to drag myself from the comfort of bed for study always filled me with a bit of dread.

Tell me 'bout it. Being in a stuffy classroom all day, learning stuff I don't really care for, stoppin' the principal from shaving off guys' hair... It's all gets to be a drag after the first week!

Guy's a total loon with a capital L. He spent the first school year vacationing in Hawaii, and was so obsessed with the place that he made it his whole personality. Second only to havin' all his screws loose. When he came back, he tried enforcing these crappy rules like mandated hairdos; girls had to have bob cuts, guys had to have their heads fully shaved. And if nobody listened--

[he opens and closes two fingers like they're scissors. snip snip!]

I kick his ass every time though, so now he's only after me and my pigtail.

[Ranma kicks up the pace a notch to take the lead. Catch up slowpoke!]

He sounds completely unprofessional. Teachers are the bedrock of society and should be held to such a standard!
