You've all met Athena, and she's made her point quite clear. She's fully committed to making this world better, and you're the ones who agreed to lend a hand. Something she's obviously quite thankful for.

It's really not so bad around here. Despite the sky, and the state of the land, things are fairly calm. You've got plenty of time to get used to it, and each other. Maybe this'll be easier than it seems.

[All things considered... Were this situation reversed, Ranma would do the same thing with gusto and zero hesitation.

Minutes pass by, the Renga tower has been realized. Pots, pans, oh my, all mish-mashed together in an OSHA/physics defying spire(?) It doesn't go that far up unless Vanity tried to test her luck and got a ladder, but. Still monumental this monument of dinnerware hadn't toppled over after the sixth or seventh piece!

And Ranma? Completely unmoving and unbreakable even now, like a mountain.]

Zzzzzz...

[........ a noisy, snoring mountain...]

[She's not going to press her luck that much, non-ladder heights are acceptable.]

[And once she realizes Ranma is actually asleep she takes a satisfied breath, takes a moment to start up a pot of coffee in the kitchen-]

Why does it smell burned in here?

[-takes two of the pots not currently in the Renga tower and slams them together in an impromptu gong.]

[On her return, Vanity might catch him grumbling "'kane, stay away from the stove..." drowsily in his sleep--]

SNNNK-!!!

[That did the trick, jolting Ranma wide awake with his eyes shooting wide open. This did get the tower to wobble and sway, though miraculous it hadn't tipped over. Yet.]

Whazzat--? [Blink blink, before Ranma catches his bearings.] Ah man, I dozed off, didn't I?

[Okay that's just annoyingly impressive. But she carefully puts down the pans before entering the eatery with her mug of coffee.]

You were snoring.

That does typically mean somebody's sleepin'.

[He stares at her flatly, before looking down (up from vanity's pov) at the leaning tower of utensils on him.]

You wanna get those, or do I have to?

[Cuz like. He'll do it. Out of spite.]

Can you actually? Without letting gravity do most of the work.

[Now she just wants to see this.]

[Welp. She asked for it. If he gets a chance to show off, then who is he to pass it up the opportunity?

Without missing a beat, Ranma pushes himself off the table with his hands with enough force to send himself and the tower of dinnerware airborne. In the middle of the ascending, Ranma turns upright, grabbing two pans by their handles in a swift motion. He keeps moving once he touches ground, briskly catching the falling dinnerware with the pans one by one a la peter parker in the first sam raimi movie, letting them stack up like tetris blocks.

Ranma tops all this off with a bow like he just finished a performance... and holds it there for the final plate that hung in the air to finally come down and land on top of his head.]

Only a few rocks and glass cups. I got it quick after the first couple o' tries, it's just simple hand-eye coordination.
