Week Three Meeting

[Welcome back to the Eatery. Perhaps the mood is more somber than it was during the last meeting in here, but once again there is food and (non-alcoholic) punch to go around. Quark, Wendy and Vanity occupy the head of the table, but there’s plenty of other seats for both those that helped set up and those that didn’t. Looks like it’s time to put your heads together again and hopefully sort some things out.

Once everyone’s seated and in attendance, Quark pushes to his feet.]

Alright, we’re all pretty tired after yesterday so I’m not going to draw this out. Let’s just get started. [and he motions at Vanity, before sitting back down]

[Running some mental math on what Aoi has said previously.]

...is this the same battery power you need to live?

It might be? Aoi gets tired after using it.

But the last two times we had to fight, Aoi was fine after going to bed.

I think getting tired after this is normal. Mine wipes me out. [ ...and makes him bleed profusely sometimes. it's fine. ]

So all gods have batteries?

It'd make sense, right? I mean... We didn't really have training, and we weren't born like this. Even if we were, everyone needs practice. I think looking at what we can as a...a thing we need to recharge is a good idea.

I did find myself needing a nap after attempting to hone my skills in my other form.

Granted, I often like to nap on high objects regardless.

I have not needed a rest after using mine at all. But I suppose that is to be expected.
