Afterparty
[After the execution finishes and Wendy is dragged down into the Earth by that absolute horrific monstrosity of a creature and Typhon gives his goodbye, Quark will stand there for a long moment in the silence, before announcing, in a voice that wavers while trying to go for neutral:]
The bar’ll be open. Sitting around alone isn’t going to help anyone. [he turns to look at Ferdinand] Ferdinand, you’re with me. I need someone to move the table.
[and, taking Cerejeira’s elbow, he’s going to head out of the Arena. So...post trial, the Eatery’s been moved into bar configuration by Ferdinand and Quark. There’s been several of the extra togas gathered and folded to be used as blankets. There are snacks from the pantry brought out and placed on plates and in bowls and left out to eat. The bar is open, but so is the kitchen, if anyone wants to make something.
Both Ferdinand and Quark can be found behind the bar, the latter attempting to teach the former how to use the replicator he’s now got back there in addition to the other drink components. At least it’s keeping them busy. They’re both there to serve drinks, however.
The door is open.]

[Huff. he is in fact very awkward]
no subject
[ Though she does seem a little gratified that she can talk just a bit of harmless smack. ]
no subject
Well, I would certainly not wish to be seen as awkward in front of Her Majesty.
[huffhuff but also bantering along]
no subject
Too late for that.
[ Also Velvet: Do not acknowledge that he just called her "Her Majesty" ]

In the end, she just reaches over the counter to try and flick Ferdinand in the forehead. You know, a "beheading". ]

You can decide on a drink for me.

...Are my preferences that obvious?
no subject
You did not doctor your tea, so I assumed sweet would be out. The rest is a lucky guess.

[Maybe not all booze, but a drink for sure. When he speaks again he is clearly quoting something]
"Drink deep, weary wanderer. For the rivers and the rains are fickle. But but my cup runs endless if only you would stay."

...Well, I'll be here for an hour or two. [ But probably not much longer than that. There's only so much socializing that she can take. ]

[ ferdinand you practically bullied your way into 'helping']

[ one can almost hear the ticking clock of doom over him. He is absolutely gonna get distracted]
no subject
So I don't count as a distraction?
no subject
[ you sure do buddy just not on mixing drinks]
-on my tasks. None could find flaw in my barkeeping, surely!
no subject
[ ...She's probably joking, maybe. ]
no subject
No need for that! Though-
[He sees someone else walk up and raises a finger]
- you can see me in action with a wider range. Just a moment.
[...lets be honest she probably gets to watch Ferdie give Aoi straight tomato juice on ice and get hollered at by Quark for it]
no subject
I see.
